At Least I'm Getting an "A" for Sarcasm

In honor of my A&P mid term this evening, a little classroom humor...

Last week in A&P, my professor stopped lecture to look at the clock and ask, "Is that the real time? Is the clock running slow?"

To which I replied a little too loudly, "No, it only seems like it."

Ba-Dum-Bum.

I'm here all semester, folks. Be sure to tip your server.

Yeah, you're so gonna get an "F" on the midterm.

Good Sarcasm though! My internal dialogue was shot off in the war, too.

It is always smart to insinuate that your professor is boring, especially to their face. They love that sort of thing!

I majored in sarcasm.

You should have asked him if he wanted to see time fly... and then throw him and the clock out the window!

That was so good I almost tipped the scales back in my direction for spitting out coffee on my keyboard. I mean, since we're even now, sooner or later one of us will pull ahead of the other.

Maybe his question was only to see who was actually PAYING ATTENTION to the lecture, in which case you probably got major bonus points. But I'm thinkin' not.

In an office that I once worked there was this clock. I swear, it was the slowest friggen clock in the world. I think I once saw the big hand going the wrong way.
