Hello Friday

Couple things today:

Bad Omen for Christmas Season: The first holiday song that I heard this year (which was the day after Halloween and don't even get me started on that) was Whitney Houston’s terrible rendition of the horrible “Do You Hear What I Hear?” This is going to be a long 5 weeks. Fuck.

I’m “growing” a “beard” at the moment, which I am prone to do from time-to-time. But unlike every other beard I’ve rocked, this one has GRAY HAIRS in it, at my chin. I’m sprouting a tiny forest of gray hairs on my chin. WTF??

Finally, I challenge anyone to find a more fucked-up sentence that this, which I stumbled upon last night (of course I can't remember exactly where, maybe "E!" or "RollingStone.com") :

"Christopher Walken will play Ozzy Osbourne in the upcoming Motley Crue movie.”

Seriously, there are so many things wrong with the above statement I don’t know where to start.

Happy Friday, y'all!

Dude, I want that Ozzy role in the worst way. I do a mean Ozzy impression and I don't object to biting bats, biting doves, and/or snorting ants. If you give me a week or two I could probably do an impression of Christopher Walken impersonating Ozzy Osbourne.

A few gray hairs huh? Have you seen MY beard lately? Total white patches. My chin looks like Mt. Kilimanjaro. And colouring your beard is for losers. Embrace your grays - you've earned them (and the young guys love them).

Don't fear the grey! I've had patchs of it coming through as well, before I shaved off the beard (as well as some ginger ones, what's up with that?!) If anyone asks, it's distinguished.

And Christopher Walken as Ozzy Osbourne?? No way! That just can't work.

For me, the Christmas season only starts when I first hear Jona Lewie, Stop The Cavalry on the radio.

did you happen to see the Sex and the City where Samantha finds a grey hair in her nether regions? Take it from her: a dye job anywhere but your head is a bad thing.

I found a gray hair a few months ago. I'm going to have to start dyeing my hair now. Fuck dignified and distinguished. That's two adjectives never before associated with me, and I don't want to start now.

I love your grey bits, baby! Dop was right, the younger men do love it! ; )

Yup...I got the little grays too. Distinguished? Sure.

Walken rules no matter how f'd up the statement is.
